FAQ: RIGHT-Shoulder or LEFT-Shoulder, which one should I pick?
Answer: It depends. Choosing a shoulder to carry a "shoulder-specific" slingpack is usually a personal preference. Whether you are right- or left-handed, you can wear a slingpack on either shoulder as long as it feels "comfortable" to you. Statistically, 70-75% of our right-handed clients opt for a left-shoulder-carry slingpack, and vice versa. There are a few things that you might want to consider when making such decision:
(1) Is there an that you must carry on a specific shoulder? If so, you go with the opposite shoulder to carry your slingpack.
(2) Do you have a bad shoulder? If so, please wear your slingpack on the opposite side.
(3) Do you carry bulky item on one side hip that will interfere with shifting a slingpack to your front? The reason being, a LEFT-shoulder-carry slingpack will swing from your BACK, travel across your RIGHT hip, then to your FRONT. Therefore, if you must carry something bulky on your right-hip, please go with a right-shoulder-carry slingpack (and vice versa).
(4) Do you carry something in the bag that must be operated with a specific hand? For example, most cameras are designed for right-hand use, so a photographer might prefer the RIGHT-Shoulder version because it gives him/her better access to cameras using right hand, while allowing left hand to change lens or return the slingpack to the back.

The party primarily at fault can also have his or her damages paid. In addition to medical bills, items such as lost wages, which would not normally be paid by a fault QuotesChimp insurance policy, would be compensated for.

I just received my left-shoulder sling pack. I love it. The design is great and you can customize the main pouch the way you want it. Also, what amazing service. I ordered the left-shoulder and received the right shoulder. Jay in Customer service was on it. Had a replacement on the way the same day. He also included the Tactical Retractor to apologize for the inconvenience. Rare service! This insured that I will be a long-term customer.

This is a great bag. Not too big but holds a lot of stuff. Great organizational design. Seems very sturdy also. I'm glad I purchased it!

Purchased the multicam version. Everything on the bag is high quality and well thought out. I am using it for an EDC/duty bag. The partitions in the main area are helpful, and the blaze orange interior is great.
Agree with another reviewer below that CCW/bladder area needs additional velcro and also the bottom could have MOLLE. Finally, I would have preferred a different buckle. I feel taking it off singlehandedly with ease is more important than possible security issues. Those are minor gripes though as from what I have seen this trumps its competitors.
This is my first "sling" style pack, and it will take some getting used to. A lot of space in the bag, and easy to overload a single shoulder.
I am giving it five stars. I think the customer service has been great. I have only had it for three days, I will do a follow up in time.

I have the Javelin sling pack and it's the most ridiculously high-quality pack I've ever encountered.
I use it for servicing ATM terminals and have found there's enough room to carry $40,000 in cash as well as a SIG 229 and some spare parts and tools. The sling design enables me to swing the pack to my front, allowing easy access to the cash and my weapon. The administration pouch is also handy for pens and receipts.
Trouble is, that's a bit of a heavy load for this pack. It might work better if there were a provision to use the removable lower sling strap as a load-bearing waist strap.
All-in-all it is truly a fantastic pack. Nearly perfect.

I bought this bag for my everyday bag, and it far exceeds my expectations. The organization is really what sets this bag apart from other's in its class. Not to mention the build quality is superior. Vanquest is a great company to deal with and their products are top notch. Definitely will tell my family and friends about them.

I've had this bag for almost a week now. I purchased it for every day carry. Before making my decision I researched all many bags. This one is top notch. Everything from the zippers, pockets, straps and etc had a lot of thought put behind them. You can pack a lot of your gear in this bag and keep it well organized with all of the compartments and pouches. The only thing I might recommend changing is making it just a little longer and wider. Otherwise this bag is awesome and I recommend it to everyone.
