Try our gear! If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 100 days to change your mind! You may return your purchase for a refund* within 100 days of your purchase. Start your Easy 100-Day Return here:

  • (1) Go to Returns Portal & begin your order return request
  • (2) Enter your Order Number & your Email address (same email associated with the order)

Our 100-Day Return is only for item(s) purchased directly from If you purchased Vanquest products from, or a dealer, please contact the resellers about their return policies.

We only offer refunds rather than exchanges to provide a faster return process. Please place an order for the new item(s) you want at and return your previous purchase using the Returns Portal

*100-Day Return & Refund Policy:

We want to make returns easy and refund you as soon as possible. Please follow these steps for the return process:

  • All returned item(s) must be packaged properly, in the original shipping box or appropriately sized box with a valid RMA Number shown on the package. You may be asked to provide shipping proof, so please obtain a tracking number for your records.
  • For Refund, the returned product(s) must have no visible signs of use, and be in resalable condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories. If a returned item is not in resalable condition (ex. showing any signs of use), or if the original packaging and/or tags are missing, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • We only refund products purchased directly from VANQUEST. Original shipping and delivery cost is not refundable. If you received FREE SHIPPING with your order, the deduction will be based on returned item(s) value: $3 ($1-$29) | $6 ($30-$59) | $9 ($60-$99) | $12 ($100-$149) | $15 ($150+).
  • FIRE SALE products can be returned for store credit only within 30-days from the order date (refunds are not available for FIRE SALE items)
  • If the returned product has been permanently modified, Vanquest may not be able to issue a refund.
  • If you purchased from, or a Vanquest dealer, please contact the resellers about their return policies.
  • Vanquest is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transport, or any personal belongings left inside of your return package.
  • Vanquest may deny return service, or refund to any customers who did not follow our return instructions.
