Gen-2 FATPacks 7x10 improvements: (1) internal elastic holders for cylindrical items, (2) redesigned front flap organization, (3) low profile MOLLE-Air structure.
FATPack (First Aid Trauma Pack) is a series of medical packs that offer volume-maximizing storage, and instant accessibility. Access your lifesaving contents with one intuitive downward pull! Available in three sizes: 4x6, 5x8, and 7x10.
A collaboration with Ken Harper @ Prepare-1, the FATPack 7x10 is 10” (H) x 7.5” (W) x 3.5” (D). It is the perfect size for group FAK, blowout kit, or trauma-based medical kit. It can pack a full range of medical supplies from a full-size SAM splint, elastic bandages, ice packs for immobilization, to medical instruments, tourniquets, hemostats, burn treatment, pressure dressings, etc.
Elastic loops over high-viz ripstop pockets in the main compartment’s center and side flaps can secure cylindrical items (e.g. Epipen and airway tubes), saving you precious time when seconds count. Improved shock cord storage ladder on the front flap with a removable fold-out window zipper pocket (7.5” W x 5.5” H) for small items.
Exterior MOLLE/PALS provides quick access to high-priority items. A large slip pocket with MOLLE-Air structure can be used as loop ID panel for blood type or other patches. Sturdy grab handle unzips dual #8 YKK zippers and hook-and-loop fastener.
MOLLE back panel let you attach FATPack using MOLLE Sticks (*optional), or convert it to a hook-and-loop attachment using the MOHL-Air adapter panel (*optional). FATPack’s versatility will make sure your lifesaving gear goes wherever you go!

I Originally bought one of these packs when I went in to the police Academy.
We were all required to have some sort of medical pack to work out of during our DT classes and first responder course. It got a lot of used carrying ice packs Scratches and boo boo fixes. On the job I use it in my cruiser full of all the necessary trauma gear for myself and anyone I am working with. It fits a ton of medical gear. I liked it so much and used it so much I purchased two more to have one in each of my family vehicles loaded to the gills.
They make a great product It is durable and made from quality stuff. I totally will buy future products from this company if the need comes arise.
I was looking for a bag to build a kit that is a step-above anIFAK/blow-out kit.
will be working with my local search and rescue group, and as a retired Emergency room nurse I needed something beyond a basic kit.
What I really like about the kit; you can put a sam splint folded roughly in thirds in the bag.
their is room for a trauma kit that contains a quick clot gauze, abd pad triangular bandage.
roller gauze, 4 in. ace wrap, along with hand-sanitizer,eye wash, lots of band aids stern-strips etc.
their are a few other odds and ends in their; their is enough to treat one pretty serious trauma, and enough to treat multiple cuts abrasions, low-blood sugar.
the bag opens pretty smoothly, you will need to attach some sort of small daisy chain/cord arrangement to grasp when puling on the handle.
the only other I would add to tie a loop of para-cord on the bottom tabs so that you have something to grasp while closing the zippers.
oh and the interior orange color is great to help find things when it is dark.
overall five stars, it is large and holds a lot, if you find yourself needing something smaller, I think it would be hard to go wrong with one of their smaller bags.
Outstanding quality! I have 20 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound sack with this pack! I am a true Vanquest fan.
Very nice small pack. Well thought out. Top quality workmanship and materials. Very timely delivery. I am going to order more Vanquest gear!
This bag is Phenomenal. I carry a trauma kit around my college campus in one of these, and I was running across campus in the pouring rain and I didn't close my backpack enough from taking my umbrella out, and the pack fell out about halfway to my class. As soon as I got to class I realized what happened and my heart sank as I figured everything was soaked after 5-7 minutes in the down-pouring rain, but I ran outside, found the bag, and all my trauma gear I keep inside the bag was dry as a bone. So not only do I have a bag that lets me access everything at once, but it keeps all of my stuff dry.
The best glad I changed to Van quest Gear the most durable and the best looking I can pack all the items I need
This Med pouch is constructed with the toughest materials. The stitching is flawless. It has an abundance of pockets and elastic that allow for a multitude of storage options, so that anyone could set it up exactly to meet their needs. The day I NEED this bag, it is going to function perfectly.
I needed a small bag but large enough to carry in to my job that is a secured facility. The bag that I needed was to hold a small clip board w/paper, hand sanitizer, glasses and a couple of various items and this works perfectly. Though I do not use it for a medical kit it is very handy in a lot of other ways. I now have 5 items made by you guys. Thanks very much VANQUEST!
Again Thanks To Tim From The Tactical Defender On You Tube, Because Of His Review On Ibex 30 And 20 I Bought Fatpack, Very Impressive And The Best Pack Ever, It’s Like A Baby Ibex Backpack.
